Transit Diary Study Update
TransitWorks is once again gearing up to gather rider satisfaction with the 2007 Transit Diary. We are seeking volunteers to fill out the diary for 2 weeks.
In the diary you will find 2 "End of Week Surveys" and 60 entry sheets, or "Link Report Sheets", to fill out during your regular transit use on week days for two weeks. No additional transit usage, other than your normal weekday-to-day usage, is required to fill out the diary. You may not need to use all 60 entry sheets, or you may need to contact us for additional entry sheets. You may also download (PDF) additional entry sheets off of our website, www.transitworks.org. We would like you to fill out as many entries as necessary to capture your experience during your transit usage. TransitWorks has developed a feedback form for reporting general feedback about the MBTA. Charlies can report feedback on a general basis by filling out this new form, calling us at (617) 502-6247, or e-mailing us at volunteer@transitworks.org.
General Reporting
Charlies are the eyes and ears of the transit system! Volunteers can report specific items that degrade the quality of the transit system to TransitWorks by calling us at (617) 502-6247, or e-mailing us at volunteer@transitworks.org. Or simply submit your feedback via our on-line form. Please make sure you provide detailed information (such as the vehicle number, the location of the broken glass, etc.) when providing your feedback so we may help the MBTA make needed improvements to the transit system.
